Kia India has introduced its new compact SUV, the SYROS, in India. Its price has not been disclosed yet. The delivery of the Kia Syros will start from February next year, while its prices will be revealed in January 2025. It will also be introduced in Auto Expo 2025. The new Syros is the company’s 4th model for India. It is built on the reinforced K1 platform. Along with this, this SUV is equipped with Level 2 ADAS with 16 autonomous safety features and 20 high-standard safety packages.
Engine and Power
Kia Cyros has two engine options, in which the 1.0 turbo petrol engine and diesel variant have the power of a 1.5-liter engine. It has the option of a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed automatic, and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. This car has Frost Blue, Pewter Olive, Aurora Black Pearl, Intense Red, Gravity Grey, Imperial Blue, Sparkling Silver, and Glacier White Pearl color options.
Not only this, it has a large 30-inch sunroof, which is a segment first. Apart from this, it has 17-inch wheels. The new Cyros also has flush door handles and L-shaped taillamps. It has ADAS level 2, reclining rear seats, an 8-speaker audio system, and a powered handbrake.
Ventilated seats have been provided in the new Cyros. It has good boot space for keeping luggage. Gear shifter-like aircraft throttle and 360-degree camera parking have been provided; a wireless charging facility has also been provided in the car with multiple Type-C USB ports. The length of Cyros is 3,995 mm, the width is 1,800 mm, and the height is 1,665 mm. If we talk about the wheelbase, it is 2,550 mm. Cyros has introduced features like the Harman Kardon premium 8-speaker sound system and smartphone wireless charger.
